Ms. Leonard is a Senior Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Engineer with more than 22 years of experience in regulatory compliance and related EHS matters. She has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries as well as general industry serving both as an outsourced EHS Professional, a Project Manager, and a Radiation Safety Officer for various EHS projects.

 

She has conducted numerous compliance audits and developed compliant EHS programs for startups as well as existing facilities. She is well versed in Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PADEP), U.S. Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA), U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), and U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations and has accompanied auditors from the NRC and PADEP on multiple occasions.
